Blank Guns

Blank guns are specially designed non-lethal firearms that are made to fire blank cartridges instead of real bullets. Many people often ask whether blank guns are real or fake. The simple answer is that blank guns are considered “non-lethal” or “imitation” firearms because they do not fire real projectiles. While they may look very similar to real pistols in design, size, and weight, their internal structure is different, and they are manufactured in a way that prevents them from firing live ammunition.

A blank gun is designed with a blocked barrel. This means that a real bullet cannot pass through it. Instead of firing a projectile, blank guns discharge gas and create a loud sound when the trigger is pulled. The effect includes noise, muzzle flash, and sometimes smoke, but no solid bullet is released. Because of this, blank guns are commonly classified as non-lethal self-defense tools in many countries.
