The Spyderco knife CPM-S90V is directly inspired by the rare and highly collectible 40th Anniversary Knife from Spyderco, which combines all of the characteristics and advantages of the legendary knives, an ultra-high-performance CPM S90V stainless steel blade, and beautiful fluted carbon fiber handle scales.
This Spyderco knife CPM-S90V edition, which has a satin-finished blade made of CPM S90V, a vanadium-rich stainless steel known for its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, elevates this affordable design.
The knife’s handle is composed of solid carbon fiber, which is precision machined to house the Compression Lock mechanism and reversible deep-pocket clip. The clip’s ambidextrous design makes all elements of the knife’s carry and one-handed operation completely ambidextrous.
Spyderco knife’s beautiful sunburst pattern is meticulously machine cut from solid carbon fiber to provide a non-slip texture while also creating a stunning sunburst effect. They include four sets of threaded stainless steel inserts for use with a four-position pocket clip that can be attached to support all conceivable carry styles.

The use of a high-quality oil also promotes rust resistance. It improves the steel’s wear and edge retention, allowing more free chromium to be deposited for better corrosion resistance.
